Your emergency plan

Work with your HTC on a written emergency plan and an ER letter suited to your child. Ask when to call the team, when to seek emergency care and what information to bring. Make sure caregivers know where the plan is. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately; a social platform cannot assess or manage it.
